Client Account Assistant (m/w/d)


We are looking for an outgoing person who can contribute to and support the planning, co-ordination, and delivery of the Client Account Management activities.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Experience in an administrative role that includes invoicing and credit control in a professional services environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage a wide variety of tasks and meet deadlines.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support in the preparation of invoices
  • Support with the credit control process
  • Support in the preparation of work orders and change orders and following up with clients on contracts and work orders
  • Monitoring the time tracking data base
  • Monitoring project budgets and project invoice tracking
  • General office duties to support the client accounts department, as needed
