Reference Safety Information

Reference Safety Information is a single reference source of information about the safety of a drug or medicine which can be used to establish whether information recorded during the safety reporting period of a drug is in accord with previous knowledge of the drug’s safety. It is common practice for marketing authorisation holders to prepare a Company Core Data Sheet (CCDS) covering safety, indications, dosing and pharmacology.
