Trilogy Writing & Consulting is a dynamic, growing company with offices in Germany, the UK, and the US that produces regulatory documentation for the international pharmaceutical industry. As a result of our current expansion, we have a temporary (two months) full-time vacancy for a position in our UK office, based on site in Cambridge, as an: Administrative Assistant
Your tasks:
- Support the HR function with all administration tasks, including creating and maintaining accurate SharePoint folders
- Liaise with the Corporate Communications team
- Liaise with IT department
- Liaise with Office Managers
- Appointment coordination
Requirements:
- High level verbal and written communications skills
- Proficient in English
- Experience with Microsoft 365, specifically SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational skills
- Independent, conscientious, and service-oriented way of working
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Teamwork and commitment
